I'll send a detailed questionnaire that dives deep into your daily habits, including how you respond to your baby’s crying, feeding frequency, wind-down routines, and all the other patterns that can either help or hinder sleep. The results of this questionnaire will serve as the starting point for your custom sleep plan and will shape how and when specific strategies are put in place.
At this point we’ve identified your baby's sleep associations and/or parts of your daily routine that are hindering sleep.
